Are skills unlocked in PVP counted for the skills unlocked by skill tomes?

If I use a skill tome, can I unlock the skills that I have unlocked in PVP to be used in PVE? Thank you

I think you completely missed his question...
If what you are asking is: Can i use Skill Tomes on skills that I have unlocked using Balthazar Faction or is it only skills unlocked in pve? The answer is yes, you can use tomes on skills unlocked with faction, it does not matter how you unlock it, it does not matter if you unlocked them with faction,quest reward,gold or unlocked by using heroes.Unlocked is unlocked. |
